How LGD-4033 works

LGD-4033 is a non-steroidal androgen receptor agonist with high binding affinity and selectivity for muscle and bone over androgenic tissue. Like other SARMs it neither aromatises nor undergoes 5-alpha-reduction, so it does not produce estradiol or dihydrotestosterone through the usual routes.
